I met Dylan purely by chance and asked him to clean my pool filter. He came the next day to do that and did much more.He even returned this morning to bring me a replacement basket for the pool pump. Just wanted to post a fantastic review for Phil and Dylan. I had a pump breaker go bad on a Sunday - of course! Phil called me back quickly after I left a message on their service. I was able to purchase the replacement breaker and Dylan came out on Monday (the next day) and got it installed. I worked in the pool and spa industry for 25 yrs and it was so nice to find a courteous and professional business that had reasonable costs for their service. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for professionals to take care of your pool for service and repair needs. I am definitely going to tell all my neighbors about them. Most professional pool company! I called for some service and left a message. Within a few minutes I received call back to discuss my needs after checking my schedule theirs an appointment was made. Hands down one of the BEST pool companies. Phil and Dylan came out to our home with no hesitation. They immediately located the problem and took action to get the problem resolved. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend them if you need someone that is reliable for your property.

I wanted to drain my pool and do an acid wash so I called the list Google provided, starting from the top until I finally got to PAR Pool Service. I was relieved to finally talk to someone (not an answering machine) and Phil was direct and professional, he came by the same day which was a Friday to assess my request and provide a quote. He started that same day and by the next morning (Saturday) the pool was drained and him and Dylan were already starting on the acid wash. By Sunday, the pool was filled and me and my family were BBQing and swimming while enjoying some football on tv.If you want to skip the hassle of constantly leaving voice messages to companies that either don’t call call back or just out of nowhere don’t show up at the agreed time, then I strongly recommend PAR Pool Service. Phil and Dylan are very professional and provide great service at a great price. They are very responsive and seemed willing to answer all my questions. You can tell they understand the importance of customer service!

Phil and his son are amazing. Honest and Quick Response Time. I called them this morning and Phil was at my house within 10 minutes. He fixed the leaking valve actuator and did it with the least possible cost. He could have charged me to replace the whole thing but was honest and only replaced what was needed. I would recommend Phil and PAR Pool Service 100%.

Dylan & Phil did an amazing job on our pool! We bought our home but the pool needed lots of help before we could even think about using it. They left it looking and feeling great! They took their time to explain everything in depth and we are excited to be able to get in our clean pool with our little one with confidence thanks to them.

PAR pool service is amazing! When we first moved into our new pool home Dylan explained to us how all of our equipment worked! He is knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. He is quick to take care of any problems that arise and promptly responds to phone calls and emails. He did an amazing job cleaning our filter and clearing a blockage in our system. The other thing I love about the weekly service he provides is that he sends a detailed description of the chlorine, conditioner and ph levels, what was added to the pool, and pictures of the pool and locked gate. Amazingly, he does this for every visit! If you are looking for a pool service know that PAR will not disappoint and your pool/spa will be well cared for.
